What is the procedure of deposit and withdrawal of funds at ONEBID?

We strictly follow the KYC (Know your customer) process, so you need to make sure your account is verified and validated. To do this, you must provide a copy of your passport or ID and a copy of a document confirming your registration address. These documents must be uploaded in the relevant section of the Personal Area. Once your documents have been verified, you will be notified that the verification process has been successfully completed.
Please note that we only work with official accounts of our clients that were created personally by them. Funds from third party accounts are not accepted and are not withdrawn to third party accounts. This is necessary for security and fraud prevention purposes.
The process of depositing or withdrawing funds usually takes from 30 minutes to 2 business days. The Company is not responsible for the delays in the processing of deposits and withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment system.
Funds transfers made in a currency other than the currency of the trading account will be automatically converted to your account currency, which may incur additional costs. Please take this information into account when planning your transfers.
