Registration and Personal Area

To become a client of ONEBID ASSET LLC, you need to register online on the website onebidasset.com

A client of ONEBID ASSET LLC can be an individual who has reached the age of 18 and has full legal capacity, including those who are not individuals, in relation to whom there is information about their involvement in extremist activities or terrorism, as well as financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or an individual acting on behalf of or at the direction of such an individual.

The client’s Personal Area opens after sending a completed registration form on the ONEBID ASSET LLC website. The Personal Area opens within 1-2 minutes after confirmation of the received data.

The client can create only one Personal Area.

In the Personal Area in the “Profile” – “Security” section you can set a new password.

To restore access to the Personal Area, you should use the “Forgot your password?” option on the authorization page. Enter your email address and click “Reset my password”. You will immediately receive an email confirmation for password recovery.

In the corresponding section of the Personal Area, you should upload a copy of your passport or ID and a copy of the document confirming your registration address. After your documents are verified, you will be notified of the successful completion of the verification process.

Personal Area verification occurs during the working day. If the application is submitted after 20:00 (GMT+2), the documents will be processed on the next working day.

To change the phone number/e-mail linked to the Personal Area, you need to change the personal data.

If the client wants to change any personal information in the Personal Area, he must send a request by e-mail to support@onebidasset.com

The client is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his access data and undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of any access data, not to disclose it to third parties and not to take any actions that may lead to unauthorized access or use of the Personal Area and the Trading Platform.

ONEBID ASSET LLC ensures the protection of your funds and personal information using the most modern encryption and data protection methods. At the request of the client, all data can be deleted from the company’s servers.

ONEBID ASSET LLC is a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 2432 LLC in 2022 with the registered address unit Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

ONEBID ASSET LLC regulatory documents are located on the company’s website in the section “Company” – “Documents”.

Trading

The company offers over 1000 instruments for trading. The full list of instruments is available on the website in the “Conditions” – “Contract Specifications” section.

The currency market is available for trading 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Trading sessions for each group of instruments, as well as technical breaks, can be found on the company’s website in the “Conditions” section.

A trading account can be opened in the client’s Personal Area in the “Accounts” section. Click “Real Account” or “Demo Account”, select the type of trading account – NANO, STANDARD, ECN or PRO.

The currency of the trading account is the US dollar.

By default, a client can open up to 8 trading accounts. Further accounts can be opened by sending a request to email support@onebidasset.com

When opening a trading account, a client selects the desired leverage from 1:1 to 1:1000.

You can change the leverage for a trading account in your Personal Area in the “Accounts” section.

To recover the password for your MT5 trading account, you need to go to onebidasset.com and log in to your Personal Area. Then, in the “Accounts” section, go to the required trading account and click the “Change password” button.

The investor password allows a trader to log into the trading platform in read-only mode, which gives the trader the ability to track trades but not place or close trades.

You can change the investor password for your trading account in the MT5 platform. In the top panel, select “Service” – “Settings”. In the “Server” tab, click “Change”. In the first field, you need to enter the main password for the trading account to confirm, and below that, enter the new investor password.

All clients of ONEBID ASSET LLC have access to the MetaTrader 5 trading platform.

The MetaTrader 5 platform is available for installation on a computer or mobile device. PCs include Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Mobile devices include Android and Apple iOS. The MetaTrader 5 platform is also available in a special version for web browsers, regardless of the type of operating system. The web version is available in the client’s Personal Area in the “Accounts” section by clicking on the trading account, and then on the “Trade” button.

ONEBID offers downloading and installing the MetaTrader 5 platform on a PC running the Windows operating system. You can download the MT5 platform either on the website in the “Trade” – “Trading platforms” section, or in the client’s Personal Area in the “Downloads” section.

After downloading, the file will be located in the downloaded files directory or in the Downloads folder on your PC. Click on the downloaded mt5setup.exe file and follow the Windows installation instructions. “

ONEBID offers downloading and installing the MetaTrader 5 platform on your Android and Apple iOS mobile device. You can download the MT5 platform either on the website in the “Trade” – “Trading platforms” section, or in the client’s Personal Area in the “Downloads” section.

After downloading MetaTrader 5 to your mobile device, the application will be in the Downloads folder. Click on the downloaded application and follow the instructions on your mobile device.

There are no trading fees for NANO and STANDARD accounts. There are fees for trading transactions for ECN and PRO accounts, detailed information can be found on the website in the “Trade” section.

The formula for calculating the fee:
Fees = Volume (lots) * Contract size * Price * Trading fee (based on contract specifications)

The “Close Only” mode means that it is currently impossible to open new trades for a certain instrument, but it is still possible to close current trades, if any.

If the client has reason to believe that the company has violated one or more terms of the regulations specified on the website in the “Company” – “Documents” section, then he should submit an application in accordance with the “Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy” located on the website in the “Company” – “Documents” section.

Financial transactions

All available deposit methods are listed on the company’s website in the “Trading” – “Deposits and Withdrawals” section.

To make a deposit, log in to your Personal Area on the ONEBID website and go to the “Deposit” section. You will be offered various methods for funding your account. Choose one of them and follow the instructions. Please note that we do not accept deposits from third parties.

The deposit and withdrawal limits are listed on the company’s website in the “Trading” – “Deposits and Withdrawals” section. To ensure financial security and compliance with regulatory requirements, deposits must be initiated from your personal accounts only. Payments from third parties will not be processed.

Your deposit status is displayed in the “Wallet” tab of your Personal Area.

All available withdrawal methods are listed on the company’s website in the “Trading” – “Deposits and Withdrawals” section. Please note that funds can be withdrawn using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.

To submit a withdrawal request, log in to your Personal Area on the company’s website and go to the withdrawal section. You will be offered various methods for withdrawing funds from your account. Select one of them and follow the instructions. Please note that you must withdraw funds using the same method that was used to replenish your account. We only work with official accounts of our clients that were created personally by them. Funds are not withdrawn to third-party accounts. Before creating a withdrawal request, make sure that your Personal Area is verified. Withdrawal of funds from an unverified Personal Area is not possible.

Each payment system has withdrawal limits. You can find the limits of the payment systems provided by our company on the company’s website in the “Trading” – “Deposits and Withdrawals” section.

The withdrawal status is displayed in the “Wallet” tab of your Personal Area.

If you have made a withdrawal request and have not received your funds within 3 business days, please contact our customer service department at support@onebidasset.com or describe the problem in the chat on our website.

Withdrawals from a trading account with active trading positions are possible within the free margin on the account.

The number of requests for deposits and withdrawals is not limited.

Log in to your Personal Area on the company’s website and go to the “Internal Transfer” section. Fill out the form and create a request. This operation is only possible between accounts registered to the same person, regardless of the account type.

Depending on the payment system or method used, the process of depositing or withdrawing funds takes from 1 minute to 1 hour. The company is not responsible for delays in processing deposits and withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment system.
