Terms of the “Lucky of the Week” promotion

1. The “Lucky of the Week” promotion runs from August 1 to September 30, 2024.

2. To participate in the Promotion, you need to subscribe to the official ONEBID Company page on Instagram.

3. Every week, the Company raffles off $100 among its subscribers.

4. Each subscriber participates in the raffle an unlimited number of times.

5. The winner is determined on the portal “YouToGift” and is published on the official ONEBID channel page on Instagram.

6. To receive the prize, the winner needs to inform the Company of the trading account number to which $100 must be credited. The information should be sent via the personal messaging system on Instagram.

7. The profit received at the bonus expense is available for withdrawal after 30 days from the date of accrual of the bonus.

8. The bonus is credited to the trading account in the “Credit” column and debited from the trading account after 30 days from the accrual date. In case of forced closure of trading orders due to Stop Out, the negative result of the trading account is reduced to zero, and the bonus is written off early in automatic mode.

9. The bonus, as well as the trading result received at its expense, are written off from the account in full and early in case the Promotion is disabled for the client due to his violation of the rules of this Promotion.

10. As part of the “Lucky of the Week” Promotion, the bonus is intended solely to increase the client’s funds available for trading. In order to prevent abuse of the terms of the Promotion, the Company reserves the right, without warning, at its sole discretion, to refuse to credit the bonus or write off the bonus at any time. Such measures may be taken by the Company, including in the event of suspicions about the receipt of the bonus by one person managing several interconnected Personal Accounts.

11. By joining this Promotion and receiving the bonus, the client confirms that he/she has read and fully agrees with these terms of the Promotion and undertakes not to send the Company any claims regarding the rules for using the bonus of the “Lucky of the Week” Promotion or the measures taken by the Company in accordance with these terms.
